How to Apply as a Continuing Education Student
Understanding your status as a Continuing Education student and what is required of you is an important step. At Binghamton University, a Continuing Education student is approved to take courses, but is not admitted into a degree program or a declared major. You must apply and be approved after certain criteria are met, after which you are free to take any classes that are open at the time of registration. Each student will be advised according to their unique circumstances and individual needs. We take into consideration that new "potential" students have different needs than "continuing" students and "returning" students. Understanding your status will help guide you to your next step in the academic process at Binghamton University.
